Fondé en France en 1987 par Monsieur CATTIN, TIME révolutionne le monde du cyclisme. Son savoir-faire et sa technologie brevetée affirment sa position sur le marché du vélo haut de gamme. TIME, qui dès l'origine a fait le choix du RTM (Moulage par transfert de Résine), est aujourd'hui le seul constructeur cycliste à parfaitement maîtriser ce processus de fabrication.

Aucune autre technologie n'offre une telle richesse de sélection et une telle précision dans la localisation des différentes fibres utilisées. Pour optimiser la performance et absorber les effets vibratoires issus de la route, TIME utilise une fibre polyamide aux propriétés très amortissantes : Le Vectran.
