We appreciate legal and mechanical requirements of sites can vary greatly and therefore our bespoke PPM schedules are tailored to meet these on an individual basis.

All our technical staff are qualified and trained in accordance with our LCPT (Legionella Control Training Protocol). Regular competence assessments and audits are undertaken by the company's Training & Compliance Manager.

To ensure complete customer satisfaction we hold Constructionline (Gold, Silver & Bronze), CHAS, EXOR & Safe Contractor accreditation's and were awarded the CSCS Platinum award for our commitment to health and safety.

We are certified members of BSRIA (Building Services Research and Information Association), BESA (Building Engineering Services Association), CSA (The Commissioning Specialists Association) and the LCA (Legionella Control Association) where we are regularly audited and assessed by them for compliance with their Code of Conduct for Service Providers.
