We are a refurbishment company based in South Africa, Centurion. Our business caters for welding needs to petro-chemical, power stations, mining companies, defense, general manufacturing and water treatment facilities etc.
MMS consist of three business units, one of which is a machine shop and two others are welding facilities. The machine shop is equipped with qualified and well trained machinists from South African Nuclear Energy Corporation (NECSA). The machine tools include metal lathes, milling machines, drill presses and CNC's.
The welding facility has the following welding processes:
1 Shielded Metal Arc Welding
2 Gas tungsten Arc Welding
3 Gas Metal Arc Welding
4 Flux Cored Arc Welding
5 Electron Beam Welding
6 Plasma Transfer Arc Welding
7 Oxy-Acetylene Welding

We do surface welding such as hard facing, build ups, cladding and buttering on various types of metals. In the process, we ensure material performance is not compromised through adherence to qualified welding procedures.
