We are a privately-held consulting company based in Lugano-Castagnola, Switzerland. Our clients look to us for timely and trusted information and analysis through our 30+ years experience in the real estate industry.
Each assignment starts and ends with understanding each client.
In fact, we offer a 360° service for both the sale and rental of any type of property. All this therefore includes consultancy at all levels, ranging from marketing consultancy to contractual practices. We are also available with our services for contacts for financing, renovation or renovation projects, for example for any introductions and/or contacts with architects, construction companies, painting companies, electricians, banks, tax consultants or law firms. Our foreign clients especially appreciate global consultancy of this type, as it makes it easier for them to enter our country. In some cases we also take care of the strictly personal aspects, which can range from finding the school for the children, the right doctor, or other services less focused on the aspect of selling. In fact, we want interpersonal relationships with our customers not to be limited to the sole objective of a possible contract, but, on the contrary, to continue in an open-end relationship.
