About
Rahtarit ry is a non-profit association taking care of the benefits of the professional drivers and improving the reputation of the transport field. Traffic safety is also very important to us. The purpose of Rahtarit ry is to act as together bringing, training, helping and refreshing operator among all operators in the fields of transport and logistics. Our operation is completely nonpolitical and out of trade union business.
Rahtarit ry has been founded at 11.3.1973 by the suggestion of the drivers working overseas. We have almost 30 000 members consisting of drivers, entrepreneurs and others who are interested of the transport field from all around Finland.
