The22 philosophy is founded on principles that reconnect ourselves with our environment by exercising our bodies in the right way according to the energy of the day, eating to balance the elements that make up our constituency and learning tools to constantly deepen the inquiry into ourselves.
Our philosophy is based on basic ayurvedic principles to bring people a deeper understanding of what they need and how to incorporate healthy habits into their lives.
