About

MD Advisors is an independent debt advisory and restructuring firm providing high value-added, strategic and confidential advice in growth financings, LBO's, special situations and distressed situations.

Our senior team, each with an average of 25+ years' experience, formerly held leadership roles at Rothschild and Morgan Stanley as debt and corporate finance professionals, having acted as lenders, investors and debt advisors over three credit cycles since the late 1990's.

Our debt advisory experience includes numerous roles for large- and mid-cap financial sponsors and corporates involving private and public debt for over two decades with multiple mandates for a select group of top-tier private equity firms. Recently, we have had significant involvement in mid-market LBO and growth debt financings, particularly in the UK, DACH and the Nordics.

Our partners' debt restructuring expertise dates back to the distressed exchange offers by telcos in the early 2000's as well as the multiple restructurings of sponsor-led companies during the GFC. We have been active in select mid-market financial restructurings post-COVID-19.

As trusted partners of our clients, we offer senior-level resources at each stage of a transaction, helping our clients assess their capital structure alternatives and implement the most optimum solution.

Our independent platform benefits from collaboration with a close network of select senior former Morgan Stanley M&A colleagues, helping to source investment opportunities for our clients.
