Construction Maintenance Services (CMS) is a specialist scaffolding service provider Natref Refinery & Sasolburg Operation Sites.

The scope of CMS is to provide an access scaffolding service for projects, shutdowns and maintenance work, which satisfies all SANS 10085, ISO 45001:2019 and ISO 9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015.

The company was established in 1986. CMS head office is situated at 32 Antrim Street in Sasolburg.

CMS focus our efforts on a becoming more effective, efficient and competitive organization over the long term. Our goal to achieving and sustaining ZERO HARM will enable the delivery of this strategic imperative. The SHE Excellence approach provides CMS with a management framework to ensure that we approach the delivery of this goal in a risk-based, standardised and systematic way.

Aimed specifically at the industrial sector, CMS provides a specialised scaffolding service to the Petrochemical and Chemical industries as well as manufacturers of steel and ferro-metals where we have in-depth knowledge and experience.
CMS is committed to working to the highest possible standards. Not only does our work comply with the requirements of the Occupational Safety Act and the SANS 10085, but we are also completely up to date with the latest overseas standards.
