Hazel Hall Nursing Home provides residential, convalescent, respite and day care services. Fresh, nutritious food, with access to dietetic services, high quality health care and social and recreational programmes, tailored to each resident's individual needs and wishes.
A high dependency unit is available for those living with a dementia or requiring a higher level of care and/or supervision. Courtyard garden, vegetable garden and sensory garden, with a thatched cottage for reminiscence therapy, are freely accessible to residents. House Doctor, Registered General Nurses, Physiotherapist, Social Care Professional and Health Care Assistants form the multi-disciplinary team which ensures the resident is at the centre of decision-making.
