Our scientifically robust self-assessment learning analytic and programmes utilise 24 years of academic research combined with the practical understanding and leadership of what it takes for transformation at all levels of a complex system.

We are world experts in learning and leadership with Ruth Crick, Professor of Learning Analytics and Educational Leadership as founder of WILD and originator of the CLARA Learning Power measurement model and self assessment tool. We are led by a strong team of experienced leaders, consultants, coaches and advisors. We have a strong global client base spanning executive level leaders to early school years children.
