Inspired by the digitally enabled CLARA Learning Power profile and our Work Integrated Learning Design journey, WILD exists to help create the conditions through which people, teams and whole organisations can develop the self-leadership, learning relationships and thinking skills for complex problem solving which are crucial for thriving in our complex and ever-changing world.

Our scientifically robust self-assessment learning analytic and programmes utilise 24 years of academic research combined with the practical understanding and leadership of what it takes for transformation at all levels of a complex system.

Become an Accredited Coach through our Coaching for Learning Accreditation Programme to use Learning Power in your own context or experience our Resilient Leader Programme. Services provided include Data Analysis discovery for unique insights into the change readiness and preparedness of people with flexible solutions for large scale transformation and behaviour change programmes, 1:1 Coaching, Executive and C-Suite Coaching and development, Team Development and more.

We work globally with all ages, all learners and across many different cultures across corporate, public services and education sectors.

We are world experts in learning and leadership with Ruth Crick, Professor of Learning Analytics and Educational Leadership as founder of WILD and originator of the CLARA Learning Power measurement model and self assessment tool. We are led by a strong team of experienced leaders, consultants, coaches and advisors. We have a strong global client base spanning executive level leaders to early school years children.
