Guided by knowledge-driven approaches, we create highly representative digital twins from single-cell data, to make accurate predictions. These in silico avatars of genetic networks allows us to "find our way" through the billions of possible interactions between our 20,000 genes.
Unlike approaches based on purely statistical analysis and AI black boxes, our models are fully mechanistic and integrative, allowing us to simulate and predict the evolution of genetic networks in new scenarios, enriched with multi-omic smart data: single-cell transcriptomics, proteomics, epigenomics, or metabolomics.
