Through highly innovative experiential learning programs we create exceptional participant outcomes, transforming workforce engagement, wellbeing, and retention. We deliver solutions to hundreds of participants across the UK, in partnership with 70+ health and social care organisations, trusts, foundation trusts and charities.

We engage, support and develop all levels of the health and social care workforce, from healthcare support workers to the most senior clinicians, expanding core skills and competencies. Our bitesize, remote sessions allow for high levels of attendance, even in frontline teams.

Our approach to learning and development is based on experiential learning with peer support and reflective practice, under pinned by narrative transformation. The measure of success for experiential learning goes beyond the acquisition of new knowledge, towards achieving behavioural change and transformation.
