Axiom Retrospective
In1997 it was founded as ZOF Zdrave, the first voluntary health insurance fund in Bulgaria
Renamed in 2003 as MEDICO-21 Health Insurance Fund
In August 2013 after receiving a license from the FSC for non-life insurance * and the name is changed to MEDICO-21 Insurance Company
In 2021, after the acquisition by Avesta Group, the company name was changed to Axiom Insurance Company

According to FSC data for 2021 Axiom Insurance Company is in the second place in terms of profitability of gross premiums earned with 26.7% yield.
