Fusion has a nationwide footprint and was established in 2001 by one of the country's oldest and most reputable law firms, Mooney Ford which was established as a law firm over 100 years ago and is made up of a number of partners practising in various specialist and general fields of law. The firm is well positioned in the Durban CBD area to offer a range of legal services to its clients.

Fusion has, since its inception, operated in Courts throughout South Africa and, at times, even in neighbouring countries. We do not, and have never, centralised our legal work through one "friendly" court, preferring to issue summons out of the Court where the debtor either resides or is employed. The network that we had developed throughout the country allows us to offer our clients a full legal recovery service on a no-return no-cost basis. All costs incurred in the full legal recovery process are absorbed by Fusion and not passed on to clients.

From our executives to line managers, Fusion employs staff experienced in both legal and call centre environments, thus supporting our unique tiered approach to recoveries.
