From our BRC AA Grade factory in St.Ives (Cornwall), we supply leading retailers, famous brands and food manufacturers around the world with; fudge, caramels and bespoke chocolate creations.

We are Private Label specialists, and also have a portfolio of our own fudge & chocolate brands including; Copperpot Originals and Fair & Square.

We are one of the UK's most agile confectioners and chocolatiers. Our experience and sales are diversified across several key markets:

Retail
We work with the UK's biggest supermarkets creating bespoke products across the chocolate and sugar confectionery categories.

Wholesale, distribution and import
We supply some of the country's largest wholesale businesses.

Food service and manufacturer
We can create a range of professional chocolate and fudge products for foodservice operators.

Export
We have exported since 1985; Today we export across the world.

Our fudge experience:
Our company's history is deep-rooted in fudge excellence. As well as traditional butter fudge and fudge inclusions - which we can create 'bake stable' or 'freezer-friendly '- we also make twist-wrapped individual pieces and fudge sauce.

Our chocolate experience:
Combining creative design and expertise, we're renowned for making award-winning chocolate creations. From Easter Eggs and shaped characters, to chocolate coated honeycomb and chocolate bars, we're skilled – and passionate – at making a range of bespoke chocolate products whatever the season. We apply artisan skills on a large scale.
