The Me-Mover is a super-fun, indoor/outdoor step machine on wheels. Designed in Scandinavia, it delivers a full-body workout as intense as running yet without the jarring, injury-causing impact. A unique, ergonomic stepping action rapidly burns away calories while strengthening your balance, core and cardio - making it safe and easy to use for everyone from fitness hobbyists to elite athletes to patients in need of physical rehabilitation.
