Storform AS is owned by the partners Håvard Tvedten, Torbjørn Hekneby and Svein Hjorthaug. We have worked to develop and train leaders at all levels since our inception in 2006.

Our leadership programs are all about practical training, firmly rooted in acknowledged research into what actually works. Leading people is not a theoretical exercise. Books and exciting seminars can provide both knowledge and inspiration, but if you want your leaders to be good at exercising actual leadership every day, they have to train. At Storform, we train leaders to understand and master their role as a leader. For their own good, the good of the business and their employees.
