Established in 1985 in the heart of Durban,the bustling Grey Street area,the firm commenced with three partners Raven Harkoo,Satish Brijlal and Sadhasivan Reddy.Within a few years due to the rapid growth of it's client base the premises became unsuitable and the firm purchased a building at 155 Stamfordhill Road, Morningside, Durban,where it is presently.The firm has taken on two more partners namely Dinesh Harkoo and Nisean Gobind and offers extensive legal services .The firm has a staff compliment of 20 and is a level 3 BEE contributor.
The firm specialises in the following;- civil litigation,collections,attachment,sale in executions,instituting action for damages,formation and set up of companies,company law,drafting and advice on contracts,commercial law,interdicts,protection orders,family law,divorce, custody,access,maintenance,insurance law and RAF,deceased estates and drafting of wills.conveyancing,labour law,CCMA,conciliations and arbitrations,enforcement of orders on the employer, labour court litigation,criminal law,bail applications,trials,appeals,constitutional court matters.
