• Health services - to provide professional 1-to-1 education, support, and appropriate referrals to other services.
• Social Connectiveness through support groups and activities – to connect people, aiming to reduce isolation.
• Exercise programs and classes – Both gym facilitated and group exercise to keep active and maintain wellness.
