The group essentially owns five companies: - Manche Industrie Marine (MIM) SAS, Dieppe, shipbuilding and industrial boilermaking company - Constructions Métalliques (CM) Mouquet SAS, Le Havre, company building and maintaining river and service boats - Arno Normandie Sarl, Rouen, company specializing in ship repair and maintenance. - ETHM (Equipements et Travaux Hydrauliques et Maritimes) Sarl, company specializing in the design and supply of port equipment. - Equimer Sarl, company specializing in the supply of ship equipment The group also holds interests in the following companies: - Navispec France, maritime consultancy and expertise company. - Blet SAS, specialist in the distribution of measuring and control instruments in metrology and diversified into climate measurement equipment
