You are a Licensor, what can Busti do for you?
_ support you in the briefing to define a strategy aimed to develop sunglasses and eyewear collections,
_ establish the lead time required for the various operational phases,
_ analyze the reference markets,
_ choose the right positioning of the product,
_ research and coordinate strategic partners and suppliers to make your products distinctive,
_ supervise the commercial and marketing issues related to the follow-up of the Licence contract
_ coordinate all the collection development activities: from design to prototyping, from feasibility analysis to the choice of materials, in order to guarantee a high quality product.
