Covering Prototype and Pre-production through to Tier 1 & 2 Series production. Diversifying to support our future by introducing new capabilities and processes to further support our customers, both current and new.
We use our extensive experience as an Automotive Tier 1 supplier of high performance & specialist exhaust systems to incorporate design, development and manufacturing to drive projects requiring the same/similar skills & materials for the Marine, Defence, Medical & Food/Beverage industries.
Janspeed offers full service ‘one stop' supplier status to OEM customers supporting low & medium volume programmes, from ‘concept' through to rapid prototyping, off tool prototype parts and on to production. Extensive experience managing customer schedules/portals, including sequenced deliveries (Kanban).
Janspeed can also manufacture and supply pipework, 4 & 5 axis CNC Machining, 2D & 5 axis Laser parts, Fabricated components, TIG/MIG, Robot & Seam Welding, SLA & SLS models, 3D DMLS, Injection Mouldings, Die Castings, Thermal Management solutions, Cosmetic finishes, Assemblies (including own parts) and direct management of Tier 2 & 3 suppliers.
