About

Located in the heart of the Cognac region, we are since 1859 a family of winegrowers and distillers. With 22 Charente stills, we are today, as an independent family business, one of the largest Cognac distilleries. The Maxime Trijol house cultivates itself its own vineyard, in addition to the distilling and ageing work. We control this way all the stages involved in the production of the Cognac. This is a philosophy of excellence that has been passed on for six generations.
Our Maxime Trijol Cognacs possess a remarkable aromatic and taste richness. As a digestive, a cocktail or a long drink, or maybe alongside a nice cigar, every consumer, whether they are demanding or purists, is certain to find satisfaction in our products.
We are genuine specialists of Cognac and deeply attached to the quality of our products. Every year, we are awarded numerous prizes. During the years 2016 and 2017, we were awarded a total of 63 medals.

Aujourd'hui avec 22 alambics charentais, nous sommes en tant qu'entreprise indépendante et familiale l'une des plus importantes distilleries de Cognac. La maison Maxime Trijol se caractérise en cultivant elle-même ses propres vignes en plus du travail de distillation et de vieillissement. La maison contrôle ainsi toutes les étapes de la chaine de production du Cognac. Une philosophie de l'excellence qui se transmet depuis 6 générations.
Nos Cognacs Maxime Trijol possèdent une richesse aromatique et gustative remarquable. En digestif, en cocktails et long drink, ou bien accompagnés d'un bon cigare, chaque consommateur exigeant ou puriste trouve satisfaction dans nos produits.
Véritables spécialistes de la production du Cognac et très attaché à la qualité de nos produits, nous sommes récompensés tous les ans par de nombreuses médailles : 63 pour les seules années 2016 & 2017.
