Nxus offers solutions for knowledge institutions in the field of (alumni) community and internship (job) matching. For example, students keep their own profile when they graduate and become an alumnus, and they are matched skills-based with internships and graduate jobs based on the certified knowledge and skills gained during the study, where all (unconscious) biases have been removed from the recruitment process. In this way, students simultaneously build a skills passport that they take with them upon entering the labour market.
