About

NI Precision is a quality driven business specialising in volume manufacture of precision machined and turned components for multiple industries.

Our facility has 3, 4 and 5 axis machining up to 3m in length. CNC turning and turn mill from 3mm diameter up to 650mm diameter x 2m long, from chucking lathes to fully automated barfed turn-mill production cells.

Utilising technology from market leading machine tool and auxiliary equipment manufacturers and leading software suites, such as DMG Mori, Hermle AG, Doosan, Haas Automation, Nikken Europe, Haimer GmbH, Lang Technik GmbH and Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, Open Mind Hypermill and Solid Works 3D Design suites.

Quality is at the core in all that we do as a business, benefiting from a temperature controlled inspection facility, equipped with a state of the art Hexagon Global S Chrome Coordinate measuring machine (CMM) for high speed, high accuracy inspection with the latest in PC Dimis software, for inspection of components up to 3m x 1.2m.
