About

For three generations we have been working and transforming cow's milk from our land, Apulia, to create crafted dairy products. We spread the authentic flavours of fresh and aged cheese in Italy and all over the world, in respect of Apulian dairy tradition and short supply chain.

In our factory, high-technology systems combine with master cheesemakers' manual skills, capable of modelling and weaving, one by one, our delicacies.

Mozzarella, stracciatella, burrata, caciocavallo and provolone: authenticity and quality are the values that distinguish us and our production. Also, we took the path of gastronomic innovation by exploring new levels of taste and reinterpreting typical Apulian products hastily. For example, we invented the smoked burrata, and the gourmet one, with truffles or chives aromas.

We export our products over 20 foreign markets, and we want to grow further to spread IGNALAT dairy products to consumers' tables, labelled with BRC, IFS, and ISO 9001 quality certification.
