The Swiss Datacenter Efficiency Association (SDEA) brings together industry and academic pioneers to ensure energy efficiency in datacenters is measured, not guessed. We provide advanced tools that not only measure efficiency but also ensure alignment with key industry standards and regulations.

At the core of our offering is the SDEA Navigator – an integrated online tool that assesses full-stack efficiency across IT and datacenter infrastructures. While the Navigator incorporates industry-recognized standards such as EN 50600 and ISO/IEC 30134, it goes beyond these benchmarks by providing a more comprehensive, holistic approach to measuring energy performance. Through its three calculators for DC Infrastructure Efficiency, IT Infrastructure Efficiency, and Carbon Footprint, the SDEA Navigator enables datacenters to optimize their operations and ensure compliance with both local and international regulatory standards.
