Sterling Trust Corporation was established with the single aim of providing independent and professional trustee services to our clients in a personable and sensible way. Our priority is understanding our clients' needs and meeting their objectives flexibly and collaboratively. We have a diverse offering and are pleased to be able to offer a seamless and continuous service to individuals and their families as well as providing Trustee Services to corporate schemes.

As a Trust Corporation, we are able to fulfil a variety of role which were historically undertaken by individual partners of a law firm. We can act as Executor, Trustee, Attorney, Deputy and Nominee.

By offering diverse fiduciary roles, we can provide:
- access to a wide range of legal expertise,
- stricter regulatory requirements,
- flexibility,
- continuity. and
- commercial acumen.

We employ full members (TEPs) of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). STEP members are widely recognised and are experts in their field. STEP members are subject to an extensive Code of Professional Conduct, requiring them at all times to act with integrity and in a manner that inspires confidence, respect and trust of their clients and of the wider community. In addition, STEP members are required to keep up-to-date with the latest legal, technical and regulatory developments.

Our Board of Directors consists of a CILEX qualified lawyer and ensures that we promote and secure professional standards of conduct throughout our organisation.

In addition, we are represented by members of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, which is a compelling marker of professionalism in the financial services sector and demonstrates commitment to the highest standards of knowledge, skills and behaviour.
