UNiBLOCK Ltd is a manufacturer of an innovative offsite Insulating Concrete Formwork (ICF) system. Classified as a Category 2 Modern Method of Construction (MMC), the system is ideally suited for use in residential, commercial and industrial applications, providing a robust and scalable solution for buildings with sustainability in mind.

The UNiBLOCK system is manufactured from our own UK-based production facility in Scunthorpe, ensuring the best quality and service standards are always met while also contributing to the local economy through a localised supply chain. Our doors are always open to visitors, so we can demonstrate our processes and give an insight into how we can help you with future projects.

Using an offsite ICF system can contribute towards a lower build cost, with faster construction times & significantly lower labour expense. Our Xpress Wall pre-cut system leaves the factory ready for installation on site, saving even more time and reducing the waste generated on-site
