About
In 2015 we implemented our own ServiceNow instance in a multi-domain setup. Convinced of its power to deliver service excellence, we founded Qinexo (part of the Cronos group) in 2017 focusing on ServiceNow implementations, without neglecting our roots: service management missions and business process optimizations.
Along the way, specifically in 2019, we partnered with TOPdesk, also an ITSM tool, with a different approach, to increase our tooling footprint.
TOPdesk and ServiceNow are both cloud based, EU hosted, future proof and conform to today's needs of a commercial of-the-shelf Enterprise Service Management tool, which makes them the best choice in modern service management.
