Ardale is a privately owned multi-faceted property company focused on strategic land investment and commercial and residential development.

Ardale was established in 2012 by Emma Maye and Alan Hegarty, seeking to continue the Maye family legacy in property development, which spans over 40 years and includes the construction of many iconic developments in Ireland including Dundrum Town Centre.

Ardale have quietly become a significant player in the Irish property development industry over the last decade with a significant number of completed projects and successful deals; the strongest evidence we can provide of the commercial acumen of the principals of Ardale as disciplined investors and focused and effective project leaders.

Ardale's approach has been to target early-stage strategic land assets, where we have built a reputation as one of Irelands foremost experts in land and planning with a specialist team focused on strategic land enhancement through planning and infrastructure delivery to unlock critically needed sites where we can develop new sustainable homes and businesses for our customers and create exciting new communities and places for them to grow and thrive.
