Moss Hydro AS design, manufacture and sell automatic selfcleaning filters for seawater applications with a strong focus on the emerging marine ballast water treatment sector.
Typical flowrates are from 25 m3/hr up to 4500 m3/hr for single filter housings at a filtration degree of 40 micron.

Other markets are Fresh Water Production, RO Desalination, Membran, Oil & Gas, Aqua Culture, Cooling water

For seawater applications, all wetted parts are made from (Super) Duplex materials.

Using a fully robotized manufacturing plant, the annual output of stainless steel pressure vessels is already more then 120.0000 pcs.

Moss Hydro's unique selling point is superior quality sold at prices compared to those filters made from carbon steel.

Besides being able to supply any quantity at very short delivery times, the extremely high quality and consistency of the manufactured products allows MossHydro (being a Norwegian company) to be competitive on the global market.
