At The Hum we have a decade of experience in self-organising networks, open source communities, and purpose-driven organisations.

We come from the Enspiral network and the Loomio software, we bring to our clients lessons learned from our experiences working in groups dealing with the complexities of organising without traditional management structures. We have gone through organisational challenges ourselves and found solutions to solve them.
