Behan Irwin & Gosling was formed in 2014 by directors Cearbhall Behan, Sonya Irwin & Mark Gosling.

The directors of BIG have combined experience in excess of 80 years of dealing with property. Our clients benefit from a comprehensive property service incorporating residential, commercial, valuations, property and block management services.

In 2016 we acquired Downing Commercial Chartered Surveyors which created an exciting synergy of knowledge for our combined clients.
