We are maresystems – a team of visionary and experienced engineers whose goal it is to take ship automation systems into the green and digital age.

We employ efficient IT structures, use remote assistance via augmented reality and intuitive, on board operator-led visualization. These are our tools to ensure the most advanced automation equipment and best service.

In doing so, we are building on the experience of the original measuring device company C. Wilh. Stein Sohn founded in Hamburg in 1887. As long ago as the early 1960's, C. Wilh. Stein Sohn pioneered unmanned ship's operational engine monitoring systems and has since grown to become a leading manufacturer with more than 10,000 automation systems installed worldwide.
