Hoogland Spine Products GmbH is the developer and provider of the maxmorespine® systems for minimally invasive spine surgery. Our proven endoscopic methods allow surgeons to operate with minimal anatomical and surgical trauma through a single small incision, under local anesthetic and on an outpatient basis. Follow- up studies show a significantly shorter recovery time, faster return to work and normal activities with improved quality of life.

We offer a continually expanding product range for transforaminal, interlaminar and cervical endoscopic spine surgery .
Our maxmorespine® transforaminal system is a patented system for all lumbar herniated discs, also for L5-S1 level or even thoracic herniations. Spinal endoscopy continues to gain significant interest and create a variety of new opportunities to improve patient care. The maxmorespine® system provides a safer approach, greater precision, wider indications, less instrumentation and reduced disposable costs.
Our Interlaminar system has the ideal measurements to perform surgery in an accurate and true minimal invasive way.
For cervical surgery we offer an anterior and posterior solution and we have the MaxDisc system for contained herniations/bulging discs.
