Zeodration is a disruptive technology, a new alternative to the more sophisticated existing drying procedures with regard to natural products (Fruits, Vegetables, Aromatic Herbs, flowers, algae, mushrooms, among others).
During the zeodration procedure, the product is dried under vacuum at temperatures close to room temperature (max 25 ° C.). This process results in a very gentle drying operation, preserving and concentrating almost 100% of the integrity of the active ingredients such as vitamins, antioxidants and phytonutrients.
La Zeodratación es una tecnología disruptiva, una nueva alternativa a los procedimientos de secado existentes más sofisticados en lo que concierne a productos naturales (Frutas, Vegetales, Hierbas Aromáticas, flores, algas, setas, entre otros).
Durante el procedimiento de zeodratación, el producto se seca al vacío a temperaturas cercanas a la temperatura ambiente (max 25 °C.). Este proceso resulta en una operación de secado muy suave, preservando y concentrando casi el 100% de la integridad de los ingredientes activos como vitaminas, antioxidantes y fitonutrientes.
