It's largest and most important subsidiary is HORNBACH Baumarkt AG, which operates DIY megastores and online shops in 9 European countries. The Group also includes HORNBACH Baustoff Union, a regional builders' merchant business, as well as HORNBACH Immobilien AG which develops retail real estate for the Group.
