We are a young company dedicated to providing consultancy services and structuring of energy and infrastructure projects.

We rely on a multi-disciplinary team focused on creating value for the Customer, comprised of professionals with complementary profiles and sound experience in structuring energy and infrastructure projects in Uruguay; having successfully led and closed structuring processes of short and long term financing, as well as project transactions, with over 800 MUSD deals achieved under Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and Operational Lease schemes.

We seek to be the local strategic partner supporting the Customer throughout the various stages of the project: from greenfield stage, development, bidding process, financial closure, construction, covenants and operation.
