Limex Machine Exploitatie B.V. is a well-known producer of washing machines for crates, nursery trays, buckets, pots, dolavs, pallets, etc. Limex concentrates especially on the agricultural and horticultural marked. Issues like: abrasiveness of sand, removing viruses or fungus, is very common.

The 1st Limex machine was built in 1984. By now, machines are being exported all over the world. However, the home marked still is Western Europe (mostly Netherlands, Germany, Scandinavia, Poland).

Limex engineers concentrate on several developments, for example:
- Reducing use of water, energy and chemicals;
- Alternative disinfection techniques, foaming, UV-light, temperature, etc.;
- Filtering techniques;
- Measuring and controlling the quality of the process water;
- Reuse of energy;
- Etcetera.

Capacities form 250 trays/h up to 3000 crates per hour is very common.

Limex also supplies rental machines for seasonal use, for example asparagus, strawberry or flower producers often need temporary solutions.
