For more than 30 years, OroVerde - Tropical Forest Foundation has been working for intact tropical forests worldwide. In tropical forest conservation projects, OroVerde links nature conservation and development cooperation so that forest conservation and sustainable development go hand in hand. With educational work and knowledge transfer OroVerde demonstrates, what citizens, politics and businesses can contribute to the protection of the rainforests and initiates a change towards a sustainable society. Through recommendations for action and campaigns, OroVerde also influences political frameworks and legislation for the protection of the tropical rainforests.
