UPG currently operates over 700,000 NRSF of self-storage in Texas and Arkansas representing over 5,500 units. UPG company officers have been involved in the self-storage business since 1985 and have been active members of the Texas Self-Storage Association, Arkansas Self Storage Association and the national Self-Storage Association industry trade groups since that time.

We offer turnkey self-storage property and asset management services. UPG provides all aspects of human resource management: hiring, training, payroll and employee oversight. The company handles all financial accounting and reporting with thorough monthly reporting to clients and lenders as required. We have extensive experience in successful lease-up, re-imaging, marketing and expansion of self-storage properties. Our services include feasibility studies, proforma projections, design, and construction advice.

Operations
UPG executives currently oversee all operations. Experienced administrative and management personnel are located at the home office headquarters in Tyler, Texas as well as in the field. UPG teams, with significant individual self-storage experience, actively oversee properties throughout Texas, and provide market studies and consulting services to a nationwide market.
