De Vroedt & Thierry BV is considered to be one of the pioneers in the Dutch Executive Search industry with a 45 year history. We mainly focus on the higher echelons of the business community.

We work on a retained basis for a large number of major (inter)national stock-exchange listed companies as well as privately owned businesses, monitoring their strategy and company culture in detail and finding them the qualified management they require.

Our company has always focused on a very broad range of disciplines, including: General Management, Finance Management, Human Resources Management, Procurement, Sales- and Marketing/Strategy Management, Members of Supervisory Boards etc.

De Vroedt & Thierry is regarded as Dutch thought leader on the subjects of diversity, leadership and top talent. Managing Partner Ralf Knegtmans is a frequent speaker on Business News Radio as specialist on these matters.
