Ecorestauradora was founded in August 2011 with the mission of developing technologies for the preservation of the environment through technological and innovative solutions and for that purpose, developed the equipment called ELS (Cleaning and Surface Preparation Equipment), besides offering knowledge , advisory, technical support for insertion of this technology to your clients.
The "Jateadora para jato abrasivo úmido" is the trade name of Ecorestauradora products whose purpose is to treat, prepare and clean surfaces using low pressure water jet mixing inert abrasives that don't harm the environment. This type of blasting can be applied to any substrate (wood, fiberglass, carbon steel, stainless steel, plastic, glass, among others).
They serve for the removal of paints, surface and weld inspections, surface preparation, tank cleaning, rust removal, oxidation and fouling, civil construction and general maintenance, contaminant abatement, offshore and onshore corrosion control. In the restoration of surfaces such as bricks, blocks, stone, stucco, siding, fences, concrete, asphalt, wood, plastic, marble, monuments, statues, squares, bathrooms, public etc. Railway area, containers, tanks, wagons, rails, sleepers, trucks, engines etc. Removal of naval paints, including from the bottom of vessels and barrier coatings, removes hull barnacles and gears. Automotive and aeronautical blasting, removal of road signs and public roads (vertical and horizontal).
ELS models replace traditional blasting methods such as hydrojetting, dry blasting, cryogenic blasting and Sponge-jet. They work with pressures of 100 and 125 psi to design Inert grades, which do not harm the health and physical integrity of the operator and the environment.
