In a country with such inequality, where few have a lot and many have so little, it is increasingly necessary to think of ways to provide equal opportunities for everyone, to see others, to listen, understand and act to make a difference. Troca is here to transform, to make changes, to bring people together and to stand side by side with those who are most vulnerable. We want companies with representation and a diverse workforce in the true meaning of the word. We want trans people, black people, homosexuals, low-income people, homeless people and ex-convicts to be able to live in a work environment that provides the same conditions for everyone. Each person has something to contribute to this world, unique characteristics and multiple qualities that can add to any company. We believe that we are a step towards giving new meaning to lives, we are agents of change, highlighting people of extreme value, who are often forgotten or ignored, to earn their place. What drives us is to make dreams come true, to make things happen and to show society that everyone can succeed and be professionals regardless of any prejudice. Everyone has a story to tell, and that story deserves to be heard! It is not a reason to be ashamed, but rather to overcome, and it is with this story that we guide ourselves to offer opportunities and give space to those who do not feel they have one.
