LESER was founded in 1818 in Hamburg, Germany and specializes in the manufacture of safety valves or PSV. In Brazil, founded in 1998, it was the first international subsidiary of the group, located in Rio de Janeiro, in a completely new industrial plant inaugurated in October 2016, LESER Ltda has consolidated itself in the Brazilian market, now with an infrastructure of European standards that allows it to offer in Brazil the highest levels of services added to its products. We offer everything from application engineering, sizing, training and technical support to our customers during the pre-sales phase, special painting procedures, to a complete range of non-destructive tests available "in house" that can be witnessed by the customer. when deemed necessary. The Products have the most diverse applicable International certifications, as well as the ASME Flow certificate, and the Brazilian operation certified with the assembler and authorized to use the ASME UV stamp. The New Industrial Plant houses the largest stock of PSV's in South America, which was dimensioned to meet the demand of the Brazilian market with approx. 2,000 safety valves available for final configuration and shipment, allowing us to offer extremely short lead times. We serve with local stock: o Diameters from ½" to 16": o Threaded and Flanged Connections ASME and DIN; o Pressure Classes from #150 to #600 and PN 16, PN 40 o Standard Materials FOFO, WCB and CF8M. The ASME VR Certified Maintenance & Repair Department performs maintenance services on PSV valves of any brand.
