Hav Eiendom was established in 2003 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Oslo Port Authority. Its objective is to develop the Port Authority's property holdings in the sefront area.

Through the development, purchase, sale, letting and management of real property, the company has come to play a major role in the urban renewal of Oslo's Bjørvika district.

HAV Eiendom's mission is to create a sustainable seafront Fjord City and add value to the city, the port and the local community.

The property business is intended to generate earnings for the Port Authority and ensure efficient and up-to-date port management in Oslo. It is equally important that the business results in an attractive and vibrant urban area that offers a wide range of services to the city's inhabitants. The environment, climate and sustainability underpin the company's operations.
