The company was founded in 2007 that mainly operates as a subscription agency for major news, business and technical publications through its main sales channels comprised of aggressive marketing, direct-to-client (DTC) sales associates and representatives.

Its expertise on forging alliances with schools and libraries (government and private) was able to provide thousands of publications to individuals and institutions nationwide.

The company represents subscriptions to prestigious titles like TIME, FORTUNE, DISCOVERY CHANNEL, NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC, industrial, banking and finance publications, nursing journals, education, engineering and a lot more.

With the influence of the technology generation, library content had also innovated with the introduction of online library resources. These resources included electronic books and journals and library automation services.

As such demand of these content are increasing over time, in 2015 the company had leaped to partnerships with international publishers to also distribute their online content.

To date, the company has its stronghold to its mission to be a one stop shop provider for all library needs spanning from print to digital content.
