Recruitment:
We aim to send qualified Malaysians both skilled and semi skilled to work in Japan under the blue-collar visa status.
Currently Japan is in dire need of blue-collar work force to cater for its growing development in various industries.

There are 12-16 industries that we are focusing on:

Training:

In the pursuit of recruiting, it is also crucial that training is an added facility to the core business. Training here includes
Japanese Language and Cultural Knowledge for the potential
candidates that have been filtered to work in Japan. As is it a requirement of basic Japanese Language proficiency in order to apply for the work visa, it is our responsibility to prepare the
candidates sufficiently and appropriately.

We will also include other trainings under the umbrella of
Corporate Trainings for Employee enhancement in both English Language and soft skills as Greenium is an authorized service
provider under the HRDF.
