We are a property company focusing on city district development and commercial properties. We develop attractive and sustainable districts with modern offices, housing and a broad range of services - together with strategic partners. Both our perspective and approach to ownership are long term and our passion is creating the right conditions for all those living, working and visiting our areas. We have a presence in a limited number of high-growth submarkets in the Stockholm region; such as Stockholm inner city, Arenastaden, Solna Business Park and Hammarby Sjöstad.

Our objective is to combine high technological expertise with service-orientation, and thereby foster good customer relations. Such relations are created primarily in the everyday contact between tenants and property technicians and others working with the operation of a property. Accordingly, we place great weight on ensuring that all employees feel involved in creating our customer offering and have a role to play in relation to the customer.

For our employees to act rapidly and independently, we have a flat organisation with short decision routes.
